Located just a 5-minute walk from MPAC in the heart of Mandurah this recently refurbished property offers hotel style accommodation. All rooms are air-conditioned and breakfast is available. This is Mandurah's most central property and is located within five minutes walk to the foreshore of the estuary.
Cost: $95 twin room + $10 per person continental breakfast
A 5-10 walk from MPAC, this 4 star resort offers fully air-conditioned hotel and apartment style accommodation surrounding the pool and spa area. The resort also offers a fully licensed restaurant and bar, function facilities, games room and tennis courts.
Cost: $109 hotel room only
This 3 star family resort has self-contained air-conditioned unit style accommodation with two bedroom units sleeping 6-8 people. Pool and heated spa, tennis courts, trampolines and a playground. The Mandurah Holiday Village is situated 100 metres from the beach and a five minute walk to MPAC.
Cost: $115 standard villa (2 persons) + $15 per additional person for up to 8 people. Extra people must be arranged in the booking. Please quote ASL Congress when booking.
Overlooking the award winning Mandurah Ocean Marina, these 3 star affordable chalets are a 5-minute walk to the Centre. The chalet park is surrounded by Venetian style canals and is near the mouth of the Peel Inlet. They offer a variety of self-contained accommodation options.
