Oral Presentations

Concurrent sessions will be run with 20 minute slots (i.e. 15 minute presentation + 3 minutes for question time + 2 minutes to change concurrent session if required). Session times will be strictly maintained so that delegates can move between sessions with a minimum of fuss. The Concurrent Sessions are strategically located close to one another.

Oral presentations may use PowerPoint OR Slides OR Overheads. Please advise of the format required when you submit your Abstract as some of the equipment may be restricted to specific venues. PowerPoint presentations must be on CD or Memory Stick so they can be uploaded. Presenters are requested to see the support staff 30 minutes PRIOR to their session to upload presentations.

There is NO capacity for presenters to use their own laptop computers. If you have any concerns please contact metaphysical@asl.org.au

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations are encouraged and welcomed, and a dedicated poster session will be held on the afternoon of Thursday 28 September, at which time, ALL authors must be in attendance. The posters will be hung for the duration of the Congress.
